PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

Minimum order is $30 not including packing and handling. Full payment with order by check or money order. Your cancelled check will serve as your acknowledgement. If you wish an acknowledgement, please enclose a stamped self-addressed postcard with your order. Orders for bearded iris will be shipped from late July until end of August based on order received. Orders for beardless iris are shipped in September. Cutoff date for orders is Aug. 14th for bearded and Sept. 7th for beardless.  I need separate S&H for each shipment ie: if ordering bearded and beardless, this is two shipments.

Shipping and Handling:
Ontario - $10.00 plus .25 for each plant over 20.
Outside Ontario - $12.00 plus .35 for each plant over 20.
All parcels sent Expedited mail.

COLD CLIMATE:

Zone 3 and colder need to have order in by Aug 1st in order to get growing guarantee.  These areas need to get their plants early to ensure best survival over winter. Mark zone on order form. Later orders from cold areas will be processed only if you are willing to accept the order at your own risk (ie: no guarantees for survival). I'm also recommending planting about 1/2" to 1" deeper than normally recommended for these zones.

AMERICAN ORDERS:

Pay in USA $. For orders under $60.00 add $6.00 for Agriculture inspection fees. Twenty percent  deductions for orders over $150.00. Cutoff date for orders is July 31st .

American Orders are usually shipped out in groups from Niagara Falls New York through USPS Express. No border delays for these orders. Early or late requirements on orders and some beardless orders may necessitate parcels to be mailed from Canada, this is avoided as much as possible.

SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUNDS:

Some Iris prove to be more popular then others and this changes from year to year. Each year some plants are in short supply. To avoid disappointment place your order early. Let me know if you wish a refund or substitution for any plants that I'm unable to provide. A list of acceptable substitutes is recommended particularly if ordering late in the season. Substitutions will be of a similar colour of equal or greater value unless other instructions are given. Extras are provided with each order and hints are welcome. Any refunds will be sent with the order.

GUARANTEE:

All plants are grown by myself. All plants are freshly dug, labelled true to name, and healthy. Canadian growing conditions combined with the freshness of stock minimize problems. Let me know of any problems by July 15th 2007 and the plant(s) will be replaced.
