SHIPPING and HANDLING:

S&H

All parcels sent Expedited mail. USA plants shipped from Lewiston . Priority post as necessary

COLD CLIMATE:

Zone 3 and colder need to have order in by July16 thin order to get growing guarantee.  These areas need to get their plants early to ensure best survival over winter. Mark zone on order form. Later orders from cold areas will be processed only if you are willing to accept the order at your own risk (ie: no guarantees for survival). I'm also recommending planting about 1/2" to 1" deeper than normally recommended for these zones.

AMERICAN ORDERS:

Pay in USA $. Cutoff date for orders is July 24th .

American Orders are usually shipped out in groups from Lewiston New York through USPS Express or priority mail. No border delays for these orders. Early or late requirements on orders and  beardless orders may necessitate parcels to be mailed from Canada at cost , plus phytosaanitary inpection fee of $25.00.

SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUNDS:

Some Iris prove to be more popular then others and this changes from year to year. Each year some plants are in short supply for various resons. Growing iris is an agricultural crop, and weather, diseases and pests can affect supply in many unpredictable ways. It is just a guessing game as to what supply will be available come shipping time. To avoid disappointment place your order early. Let me know if you wish a refund or substitution for any plants that I'm unable to provide. A list of acceptable substitutes is recommended particularly if ordering late in the season. Substitutions will be of a similar colour of equal or greater value unless other instructions are given. Extras are provided with each order and hints are welcome. Any refunds will be sent with the order.

GUARANTEE:

All plants are grown by myself. All plants are freshly dug, labelled true to name, and healthy. Canadian growing conditions combined with the freshness of stock minimize problems. Let me know of any problems by June 15th following year and the plant(s) will be replaced. This does not include extras. or bonuses, only paid plants.
